Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
Frozen tater tots
2 cups Shredded cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
Drain the excess fat and stir in cream of mushroom soup.
In a baking dish, layer half of the tater tots, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
Add the remaining tater tots on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute ground beef with turkey or add vegetables.
