Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • Frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. Drain the excess fat and stir in cream of mushroom soup.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tater tots, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Add the remaining tater tots on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  1. For a healthier option, substitute ground beef with turkey or add vegetables.
