Ultimate Cheesy Ground Beef Melt

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices sourdough or white bread
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium high and add the ground beef. Brown the beef and drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
Season with salt and pepper, stir in Worcestershire sauce, and pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Simmer until sauce reduces and thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning, then set aside.
Butter one side of each slice of bread and preheat a clean skillet over medium heat.
Place two slices of bread butter side down, add cheddar, beef mixture, and mozzarella. Top with remaining bread, butter side up, and press gently.
Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Flip carefully.
Slice and serve warm with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting results. Don't overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming the beef.
