Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant milk)
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
In a saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and add olive oil, canola oil, almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and lemon juice.
Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, refrigerate until set.
Use as a spread on toast or in cooking.
Notes
Be sure to whisk thoroughly for a smooth mixture and avoid using subpar oils for the best flavor.
