- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant milk)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat and add olive oil, canola oil, almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and lemon juice.
- Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate until set.
- Use as a spread on toast or in cooking.
