- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the tofu in the cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Pour the orange sauce over the tofu and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
