  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, stirring to coat the tofu and vegetables evenly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, mixing everything together.
