6 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Instructions
Place the chopped and seeded watermelon into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate small bowl, stir together the honey, lime juice, and chopped mint until fully blended.
Pour the honey-lime-mint mixture over the watermelon.
Add the blueberries and gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.
Refrigerate until ready to serve for an extra refreshing bite.
Notes
For a twist, add feta cheese or a sprinkle of sea salt before serving. Best enjoyed the same day it's made.
