Ingredients
6 cups watermelon (seeded and cubed)
1 English cucumber (chopped)
6 oz feta cheese (cubed)
Handful of chopped fresh mint leaves
1 fresh lime (zest and juice)
Sea salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
Add cubed watermelon into a large serving bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.
Very gently toss to combine.
